For Troy, his pest control career began in Trinidad & Tobago, where his family-owned company’s reputation for excellent service, led to it expanding from servicing a small portion of the country, to nationwide coverage within 25 years. Upon connecting with Bob and Theresa, he returned to Florida in 2022 to take up the wonderful opportunity to expand the Countywide business. All three immediately recognized each other’s passion for hard work, pride within that work and the result: continued customer satisfaction. They wanted to expand upon their collected belief of providing pest control service the Countywide way, where customers – old and new – would become part of the Countywide family. A family that includes their employees, because by continually empowering their employees they are forging stronger relationships and developing a legacy of quality service, which is at the core of everything that Countywide provides to its community.
