Our working hours are 8AM to 5PM Mondays to Fridays. We currently do not offer pest control services on the weekends. However, we are still on call 24/7 for pest or wildlife related emergencies.
03.How many exterminators do you send on an address?
Typically we send one pest control technician to a property. However, two technicians could be dispatched, depending on the level of infestation and customized service plan put in place.
04.I clean my home regularly but still have pests – why?
Most pest and wildlife seek food and shelter in your home. They are not attracted by dirtiness, but rather by food, water and convenient shelter locations. Some insects and rodents can fit through the smallest holes and cracks. This can happen even if you have the cleanest property.
05.Do the exterminators you send have any sort of identification?
Yes, our technicians have identification per Florida law. Each technician will have an ID card with a photo. Our technicians also wear uniforms that are labelled with our logo. You are always free to contact the main office to confirm which technician will be servicing your property.
06.Do I need to clean my house before the exterminator arrives?
House cleaning after pest control is not advised for the main reason that applied chemicals can be washed away. Cleaning up after your pest exterminator will defeat the purpose of pest control. This is why you have to do a deep cleaning before the pest treatment.
07.Will a pest management checklist be used as a guide to help maintain a pest-free environment?
A detailed checklist will be provided pertaining to the specialized treatment for your property. Depending on the treatment performed, we may require you to exit the property for up to four hours after our technicians leave. You will also be provided with detailed directions prior to your treatment being performed.
